In short

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies, uses no analytics tools and loads no third-party content. Fonts are served from this website's own server. Links to Instagram, WhatsApp or Viber only open those services when you click them. If you choose dark mode, your browser stores that choice on your device only; it is not sent to me.

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos str., 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. When you open a page, the server automatically processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, the page opened, browser and operating system. This keeps the website secure and stable. Hostinger keeps these logs for a limited time only and then deletes them.

Contact form and e-mail

When you write to me through the form or by e-mail, I process your name, e-mail address, message and any details you choose to add, such as your phone number or business, to answer your enquiry and, if needed, to send you a quote. E-mails are sent and stored with Hostinger. If no contract follows, I delete them no later than 6 months after the enquiry is closed. If a contract follows, the statutory retention periods for business records apply.

Your rights

Under Law No. 06/L-082 on the Protection of Personal Data and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, or a restriction of its processing, and you can object to the processing. To do so, write to hello@studiokante.com.

If you think the processing of your data breaks the law, you can complain to the Information and Privacy Agency (AIP) in Kosovo, aip.rks-gov.net, or to the data protection authority where you live; in Austria that is the Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at.
